Hi,

I updated our Balancer from model Balance 30L to the new Balance 20. Is there a configuration migration tool for migrating the configuration between the equipment?

Log a ticket with support they can often help.

I appreciate your response but was more quickly reconfiguring the new balancer than opening a ticket support. I thought that there was a migration tool available.
