I purchase a Peplink MAX BR1 Mini - trying to configure. It is telling me that the PrimeCare has expired in Nov 2025. Not sure what this is. Can someone help?
Did you buy it new? If so, contact the dealer, it should come with one year free.
If used, you’d need to check if it’s still registered to someone else. If so, you need to contact them to get it removed from their account. Only they can do it, Peplink won’t, and unfortunately there’s no easy way to identify the registered owner. If that’s not possible, some capabilities may be restricted. In any case, you’d need to provide a Diagnostic Report in order to purchase Primecare and/or a feature pack.
