Configs not syncing

Hello,

I am trying to troubleshoot why my devices are not sending their configs to IC2. All three devices show online in IC2.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi,

Last Config Sync means the latest config synced from InControl2 to the devices. For example, if InControl2 successfully synced the hostname to the device, the date and time will be displayed on the Last Config Sync.

Thanks. I thought it meant when it was backed up to the cloud.
