If you want to remove your account, currently you can click the Feedback button on any IC2 page and tell us to do so. We could remove your account for you.
If you want to remove someone’s account, sorry you cannot. But if you are an organization administrator, you can remove another user from all organizations & groups that you can manage. You can just go to each manageable organization/group’s settings page and remove the user on the Organization/Group Users table.
