I am not sure the client list is complete. It appears to be missing devices that use a static IP, or that are setup in bridge mode. Both are visible thru other tools (which I think see a combination of ARP tables and UDP/TCP broadcasts), but it would be great to see everything in one place under the router status screen.
Similarly, it would be great to see mDNS / zeroconf devices and services - i.e., airprint printers attached to a LAN or VLAN.
Hello @gabrielmongefranco,
With Peplink & Pepwave routers, if the end device is passing traffic through the router, it should show up in the router’s client list.
With the Peplink SD-Switces, you can go into the client list (even to the port itself) and see all network devices, even if they are not passing traffic through the switch; this includes devices on wrong subnets with static IPs.
So with routers, if the device does not pass traffic through or request information from the router, it is not counted as a client of the router.
If this is not the case, we suggest raising a support ticket or talking with your supplier to dig deeper.

Thanks @mldowling . So this might be working correctly since I’m referring to a balance router, not switch. Thanks!

Hello @gabrielmongefranco,
Here is an example of when devices will not appear on a router’s client list.
On a network (or a VLAN) are several security devices, such as cameras & access devices (card readers and door releases); each device has a static IP with no gateway assigned. On the same network is a device (DVR) for recording the cameras and the access control system. Both of these have remote access through the router.
The only two clients expected to show on the router are the DVR & the Access Control System.
