Client greyed out on the Client list

Good morning everyone,

I have a video encoder that keeps appearing in grey when I see it in the Client list on my various Balance routers.

In Speedfusion Connect, when I try to add it as a LAN Client, it doesn’t appear.

Does anybody know how to solve it?

Grey means it is either offline or hasn’t been sending traffic thru the router for a while.
A quick method to make it bold in the list is ping the client ip from the router.
