I’ve got a remote Balance 380. Drop in mode didn’t drop in. I’m connected to the console but it doesn’t take the admin/password that I’m 100% sure worked when it left. Is there a different username/pw? I’m on 6.2.2.

It is using the same Username and password which you used to login from LAN side. If you still facing problem, please help to open ticket for us to take closer look.
