CLI-Config and Textfile-Config-Backup

Hi!

Are there any plans to support a CLI-config-mode?

I am missing it because of many reasons:

  • Easy way to copy parts of the config from one device to another one.
  • Easy way to script config changes
  • Faster than GUI
  • “Readable” config backup

Currently, there is no easy way to review and “diff” config changes or to review an old config file.

I think, this is a “must-have” for enterprise network gear
