I’m running a Balance 20X with Speedfusion Cloud and a T-Mobile and Verizon SIM. My wife will often get an error in Chrome when trying to log onto a Zoom call. It says
Your internet access is blocked. Firewall or antivirus may have blocked the connection. ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
It’s weird because it is a local Chrome error, and not from the Zoom website. Sometimes just trying again works. Other times trying a non Speedfusion connection works. This did not happen, however, before getting the Peplink. Any ideas?
What does the ‘details’ button show?
Are you just sending zoom over SpeedFusion Cloud or all traffic from her device?
Good question. I didn’t see that button. I’ll check out the next time it pops up. I think she can reproduce it with a test Zoom meeting.
We are sending over all traffic from her device. She uses video conferencing in Zoom, but also with some web apps, and rather than try to chase down those packets, I just send all traffic through SpeedFusion Cloud. So far we’ve only had this Zoom issue, as well as some issues with Google captchas and Google Docs not working. I’ve yet to figure out how to create an outbound policy that lets google traffic bypass the SpeedFusion Cloud (domain of “google.com” doesn’t seem to work).
One obvious thing to try is a different web browser. Or, two.
