I have the latest version of the Surf SOHO, version 6.3, and when I go to the System–Admin Security section, and attempt to type in new passwords, the firmware automatically goes back to the default passwords, and won’t allow me to save to the changed passwords. This is a first when setting up a router, and I don’t understand why I can’t change the passwords. Help!

That sounds strange, as I have tried on our own units with 6.3.3 firmware, didn’t see this issue.
Can you open a support ticket with serial number and Remote Assistance enabled, then our Support Team will take a look at it?
