Change Lan IP Address

The IP addess on my Balance 20 is the default 192.168.1.1. I want to change the Lan starting IP address to 192.168.10.1 to connect all my computers and devices as they all now have addressesan as such by my old router. Is there an easily way to accomplish this?

Go to Network → LAN → your LAN (probably “untagged LAN”) and set the IP address. Remember to update the DHCP setting as well.

Thanks zegor_mjol. I set those parms but below the Lan name it is now asking for the VLAN ID between 1 and 4094. Does it matter what I set it to?

It sounds like you are defining a new VLAN rather than changing the default (untagged) LAN. That adds complexities (and capabilities) to your network that your initial query seems not to warrant. If all you want to do is change the LAN IP addresses then make the change to the default (untagged) LAN as described earlier.

If you want to create a new VLAN (for some purpose) then any VLAN ID > 1 is fine (a VLAN ID of 1 frequently has a special significance as the management VLAN - to be avoided unless you know what you’re doing).

Good luck.
