CGNAT workaround(s) -- are there any?

I was just told that the only way was to “obtain a static IP from the carrier…” The mobile networks don’t offer (at least not that I’ve ever heard of) static IP, and neither do the fixed network ISPs. I want to replace my current cable ISP which does give a routable IP with a mobile network provider or a fiber provider, and all they have is CGNAT.
Isn’t there some kind of [Peplink] cloud solution that will allow me or any client to connect directly to my private SOHO network from anywhere? Not some “experimental” solution, but turn key?

Thanks – PH

You can setup a fusionhub on vultr, aws or digitalocean and use the static ip they gave you to route across a pepvpn/speed fusion to your soho.
