Question about best use of my sims.
I have 2 x ATT business, no limit, 5G sims. I have 1 x Verizon, unlimited sim. I can see the ATT tower from my house and it offers 5G (great signal 95% of the time). Verizon is farther and provides slower bandwidth (not 5G and farther from towers by a lot).
I want the fallback (outbound policies) reliability of running 1 ATT and 1 Verizon sim since ATT/Verizon can occasionally go down. I run 1 ATT sim and 1 Verizon sim, both as primary connections in my Max MBX 2HD 5G router.
Question: Can I run both ATT sims as primary (highest bonded speed when tower is working well - Fusionhub/Vultr) and specify that ONLY ONE of them fails over to the Verizon sim in the redundant sim slot when the ATT bandwidth drops to some threshold?
I’m trying to use all of my plans to the greatest advantage rather than just keeping an ATT sim aside (the router only has DUAL sim so can’t have 3 primary connections).
I run my whole house with this router and don’t have wideband connection, only cellular.
Thanks for any insights!
