I have a Peplink Balance 20X with cellular no device status. I’ve checked the SIM card, restarted the device, and upgraded to the latest firmware, but the problem persists. Is there any other solution?
Sounds like a fault celluluar model from waht you have said. Log a ticket with engineering to get them to check.
