I am having an issue with the Captive Portal Report for one particular group from one of my top clients. There are 2 persons with an Admin and Captive Portal Viewer login respectively and neither of the users nor myself can see any information within the Captive Portal Report. They need this information for their marketing team and I need to resolve this issue urgently. Can anyone help me?
NB users sign in using the social WiFi platform and I can actually download a CSV File with the necessary information however, the client is unable to do so.
