Captive Portal Quote Reset By Calenda Month

Dear Peplink,

Could we change the reset quota based on the calendar month instead of days?
The reset quota is under Captive Portal → Guest Account

For example: 1st day of every month.
Similar to the Bandwidth Allowance Monitor in the Cellular setting.

I would like your assistance in the following features:

1-User-Specific Speed Limitations:
individual speed limits for each user on the network
2- QoS Management:
If possible, I would like to manage the Quality of Service (QoS) directly from InControl to prioritize traffic and allocate bandwidth effectively
3-Carry-Over Feature
carry-over feature, allowing any unused quota from a user or token to be rolled over to the next Qouta day
