Hi Captive portal on router customization will not appear or splash on LAN connection also in computers and laptops only in android phones and some IOS phones Why? please help.

Do you mean Captive Portal does not work on computer and laptop but works on Android and iPhone?

yes it does not work on computer and Iphones but it works fined in android phones why?

even if it works on I phones it take 3-5 minutes before the captive portal appears.

Please use computer to do troubleshooting.

  1. What is the DNS IP of the computer?

  2. The computer managed to ping captive-portal.peplink.com? If so, what IP you resolved?

  3. May I know which website you are trying to access (before trigger the Splash page)?

  4. Please provide the screenshot on the page you stuck with.
