Captive Portal not capturing Social Media information

Hello Community,

I have a customer that has a Balance One along with an AP One Enterprise. We have captive portal configurations set up to capture Social Media logins. We have captured Social Media data when the network devices were installed, however, the last capture of any login information was an email login on December 2nd. I can clearly see client devices connecting in IC2, and the customer hasn’t complained that its public WiFi isn’t working properly. Everything appears to be functioning, it just seems that Captive Portal is no longer capturing login data.

Please help to open ticket for us to take closer look.
