I am experiencing some major confusion regarding a client’s Captive Portal. Yesterday, I noticed that the client’s Captive Portal has not captured any sessions,
Yet, InControl reports that there were devices connected to the Public WiFi SSID.
When I discovered of the gap of reporting, I upgraded all relevant networking devices to current firmware (Balance One Core => v.7.0.0 / AP One Enterprise => v.3.5.4). Today, I discovered that at least One session was recorded, However, InControl reports that there was two users that logged in (on April 3rd).
Has anyone experienced this before?
