When captive portal is set up with sharing email and other details, is this information stored , so that I may access it easily ?
Yes. You can run a report in InControl2 to access the data.

Thanks Martin. Is there any where I can collect Birthday information ? Is there anyway to easily modify the email captive portal form to request this information > I would like to collect to market to a birthday club.
