Captive Portal Bugs

I am using captive portal to control our ships internet usage, but found a strange bug that some of the tokens i issued will automatically topped up again.

Say I give a crew 3GB data token, he used it but after sometime the token can be using again.

Anyone got ideas?

I use Generate Token and create a token, that’s it and not much settings to be done. Like below:

How do you know that the quota reset ?

The crew on board report to me, also I found a token with 3GB data used about 10GB.
I have set up this on a few ships, and more and more ship found this issue.

Now ship told the Account also automatically reset.

Engineering team had fixed the issue. If anyone face any issue, please open up a ticket and we will check.

kindly your support I need to know how and when to adjust the speed(downlaod and upload) for each token and how to enable automatic renewal with the same token and settings
