Cant't reach to any remote computers (over SF connection)

Dears,

Im in the HQ site with Balance 210 (192.168.1.10) and can reach to the remote Balance 210 (192.168.20.10).

But it is not possible to ping any remote computers ex. 192.168.20.101.

how can I solve the problem?

Also, the setting of WINS sited on the balance in both sides
HQ: internal
remote: external with the HQ Balance local IP Address

the problem solved and it was because of the remote site firewall.
