Getting error “file size exceed allowed limit” trying to go from 3.8 to 3.9. Anyone know any workarounds? Looks like the 3.9 firmware specifically fixes this issue…
Please reboot the AP One AX then upgrade again. If this doesn’t help, please open ticket and attention to me to do further checking.

I also seem to be hitting this issue as well (AP One AX on firmware version 3.8.0 - trying to upgrade to version 3.9.3, and it’s giving me the “File size exceeds allowed limit” error).
I did try power-cycling the unit, and trying again after a reboot - same error message.
Was there an explanation on what was causing the issue, or what the fix was?
Please try this upgrade path: 3.8.0 > 3.9.0 > 3.9.3. The older firmware can be found here.
