Can't see local Lan through OpenVPN-Fpeedfusion

Hello. I have the following setup:

FusionHub Hosted on Digital Ocean connected through Speedfusion VPN to Headquarters Balance 2. This connection is managed by Incontrol2.

When a user connects to the FusionHub through OpenVPN, he cannot connect to local devices on the HQ Balance 2. He is trying to access the devices by their local IP addresses.

Appreciate any thoughts on what to look for.

UPDATE:

I got it working with a “route all traffic” OPENVPN connection.

How do I get it to work with a split connection so that the OpenVPN client user’s web requests don’t go through the VPN connection, only local trafic (that which is local to the Fusionhub and the HQ device)?
