Can't Register Peplink Balance 380

Hello, please help. We have multiple Peplink balance units and have never had a problem registering with InControl. We just purchased another unit used and we need to unlock the firmware. When we go to add it to our InControl account, we get a message stating that the device cannot be added because it is already registered. Can you help us get the product reset and registered to our account?
