Can't communicate with anything on remote side using PepVPN

Hello,

I am able to successfully establish a PepVPN but I can’t ping or communicate with anything on either side. I am using 2 Balance 20s. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am actually pulling DHCP from the other Peplink Balance 20. Is there a way to have DHCP pulled from the correct Peplink on each side and still be able to ping across to any device on either network?

Site A: 172.16.10.0/24
Site B: 172.16.20.0/24

DHCP should be pulled from the correct Peplink on each side and pinging between sites should be no problem either. Can you ping the remote Balance LAN IP through the VPN? If not please open a support ticket with us here so we can obtain additional information.
