Cannot show status bandwitdh hourly, daily, and monthly

I have two balance 710, and configuration with HA. But if i check status bandwitdh for hourly, daily, and monthly its blank. It happens in master or slave. If i check status realtime its ok, I can see the use of bandwitdh. What problem it is?

  1. Please ensure Balance 710 has internet access.

  2. Please ensure no time sync failed on Balance 710. You may check at Status > Event Log.

  3. Please ensure the System Time is accurate. You may check at Status > Device.

  4. Please ensure Balance 710 runs with latest firmware version.
