Cannot ping Peplink MAX BR1 Mini from outside

I cannot ping the router from outside.
InControl Detected IP: 90.167.95.214
Cellular Connected to Orange (10.140.43.44)

I am trying both IP’s without success.
I have CLI SSH & Console activated.

Could you please help me?

You will not be able to ping your cellular interface with that address. 10.0.0.0/8 resides in RFC1918 space and is private. Most likely being used for CG-NAT.
