Cannot get to a particular website from WAN2

Hello all,

I thought I’d try posting here first before I create a support ticket. I have a strange scenario that had me head-scratching for a couple days now.

I am unable to reach the login.live.com web address from WAN2. I can get to it if I connect directly to the WAN2 router, bypassing our Peplink Balance One Core.

I can reach the web address when routed to WAN1.

Any hints on what I can look at to troubleshoot this??

Check that WAN2 has DNS servers configured.

I have the same DNS configured for both WAN1 and WAN2. The strange part is I have no issues getting to any other website except the login.live.com when trying to login to a hotmail/outlook account.

I even tried the 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 DNS addresses.

Just adding to this thread. I enabled File Sharing / Transfer a while back. Removing it allowed access to login.live.com which is probably where all the Microsoft file sharing stuff authenticates.
