Cannot connect to Balance 210 (BPL-210) Admin Console by ethernet connection

Hi-

I am trying to print a diagnostic report for a BPL-210 by logging into Admin console through ethernet connection. I have tried connecting to WAN and LAN ports, i have used 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.50.1 and my connection simply times out - no login page appears. Help! Thanks!

also…I’ve tried connecting through PC and Android phone - same results for both.
