We have Balance 30 LTE and cannot be added additional Recipient’s Email Addresses for email notification. It works only with the first email.
We have tried using colon, semi and comma, none of them work.
Let me know how to fix this.

From our experience, you can only have a single email if doing email alerts from the device. To get around this, we create an alert distribution email list within our email platform or have the client create one within theirs.
Our preferred way is to use InControl2 to monitor devices. Within InControl2 you can very easily have multiple email address and there is a larger variety of alert combinations including alerts if the router goes offline.
