i am not able to access to the server sitting next to the fusionhub. any one here had the similar problem?
I suspect your Mailserver is not using the FusionHub as its gateway so doesn’t know how to route back to the LAN of the Balance one.
It’s likely the easiest way to fix that is to add a static route to the mail server for the balance one LAN subnet with the LAN IP of the fusionhub as the next hop.
