Cannot access Canon TR150 from my Mac or iOS devices

Hello, I have a Balance X and can connect me mobile Canon TR150 to my Balance AP. WPA 2 Personal. My MACs and iOS devices will not see the printer and the Canon utility cannot find the printer. When I switch to my home network using an apple AirPort Extreme the devices find the printer. What am I missing? Thanks

I don’t have a solution, but can confirm the issue. I have a Canon TS3522. It connects to the network (I can see it on my router) however no devices can see it (Mac or pc). In fact you can’t even ping the device. Come to find out, when setting it up, it has an internal IP assigned of 192.168.10.183. However, the information printout as well as my router both show 192.168.50.25.

Canon tech support couldn’t figure it out and sent me back to peplink. Peplink sent me to my authorized reseller. So far no resolution other than to use a usb cable.
