Can we transfer Licenses?

Hi Team,

I want to know about License transfer:-

  1. BPL-ONE-LC-5WAN (5 Wan in Balance One)
  2. SVL-411 ( One year extended warranty for Balance One)
  3. SVL-703 (One year extended warranty for Balance 380)

Can we transfer the above licenses to another device if the previous is failed?
If yes then please tell the process.
