Can the AP apo-ac-rug act as a time server for others equipment in the network

Hi, I have a closed network with AP apo-ac-rug.
I formed a closed network with this AP with CCTV connection.
But the CCTV will shutdown for more than 3 days and cause its onboard battery empty.
When CCTV is start up, the date time reset to 2000-01-01.
Hope there have AP with NTP for time sync.
