Installed the router in a metallic water-proof box outdoor.
And the router’s signal drop and the running temperature is around 80℃.
As the data sheet said it work at temperature range -40°– 65°C.
Does anyone have the same situation?

That’s simply too warm. Much too warm. Either ventilate the box, likely with forced air, or get it out of there. ;<)
Further, when ambient temperatures rise MTBF drops. So, even if it “works” now you’re not doing the equipment any favors.
Agree with Rick - its far too hot.
Solar shading, addition of heat sinks and forced air cooling are all good ideas.
