Can not read Diagnostic Report file

Hi Support,

I have 2 Peplink Balance 1350 , runing HA.

For 2 days ago, I check HA status is changed, seem Master is automatic reboot but I can’t read Diagostic Report. How can I do it ?

I can not upload file due to new member.

Hi Tieuvu,
At this time the Diagnostic Reports and Remote Assistance features are only available to Peplink. Both of those are required when your point of support escalates the issue to Peplink’s technicians.

You need to log a ticket with engineering who can investigate for you.
