Can not detect Pepwave One in the Balance AP Controller

Hi,

I have a Balance router with 6.2.2 and a Pepwave 3.52 (both latest versions).

They are in the same subnet, I can manage both of them separatly but the Pepwave One is not visible in the AP Controller.
I have enabled controller management and selected AP Controller on the Pepwave.

How can I ‘add’ my Pepwave in the AP Controller of the Balance router?

Hi,

  1. AP is connected at Balance One’s LAN side?

  2. May I know both units can ping to each other?

  3. If both are pingable, please confirm your settings as below:-

Ok tx, the persistent option + controller IP did the trick. I was assuming that the controller would detect de pepwave automatically in its subnet…
