Yes, this is possible. Just open a support ticket and attach the configuration file to raise the request from there.
When I buy the B380 do I automatically get to request this of support or will I need to take out a support contract to be able to make use of a support ticket?
The B380 will come with minimum one year warranty. If you are having problem to log in support ticket, you can always refer to the local point of purchase, where you purchased the B380. They are able to log a priority ticket to get support from us.
