BUG: MAX HD1 Dome Pro Fails to Reconnect

I have a customer with 18 Cellular domes, 6 of them are Verizon. While do get 5G on those domes, they do not have the best signal. For months, when we loose signal, the dome fails to re-connect back to Verizon. I have a ticket into West Networks and they are working with PepLink but I am going on here desperate for a fix. Not sure if other users are experiencing a similar issue.

Hi Michael,

Did you try LTE only mode on the Cellular WAN?

In the EU we sometimes see this perform better.

I will double check now, but I believe PepLink support did this action for us already.
