Browser Issue viewing PepLink Router Info

On my laptop (64-bit Windows 7, IE 9), when I log into the router (Balance 20), I cannot see all the Router information - some of it is missing. When I log in via an 32-bit XP-Pr0 desktop running IE 8 I see all the info.

For example:

From my laptop when I click on ‘System’, then ‘Admin Security’, nothing shows - when I do the same on the XP Pro PC I see all the information.

Strangely I do see information in other areas. When I look at port forwarding, I see the same info on both PC’s…

I suspect something related to security or Java on my Laptop - any ideas?

I did try compatibility mode and that seemed to work around the issue - however, I get the following displayed:

Unsupported browser detected. Suggested browsers:

  • Firefox 2.0 or above

  • Safari 3.1.1 or above

  • Chrome 2.0 or above

  • Internet Explorer 8.0 or above

Our upcoming firmware release addresses these issues caused by IE9. Should be released any day now.
