I purchased a Pepwave Max BR1 MK2 recently. Occasionally it will quit broadcasting the SSID. Sometimes resetting power will fix it, other times it doesn’t and I have to use the reset button. Yesterday I found turning the Broadcast SSID check box off, saving the change, then turning it back on fixed it. Anyone have an idea of what is causing it to fail?
This can be many reasons. For example, the broadcasted WIFI channel is not supported by your WIFI client. Since rebooting the MK2 doesn’t help, it sounds like this is the issue. You may fix the WIFI channel at AP > Settings to confirm it helps. Please contact your point of purchase if you need further assistance.
