Hi, I have a new Peplink BR1 Pro 5G that I have connected to my computer via an ethernet cable, installed the SIM and WIFI and Cell antenna. I am able to connect to the Internet via the cell service through the BR1. I enter 192.168.50.1 and get the Peplink admin login page. The label on the device shows the id and password to be admin/admin. The device is telling me the password is incorrect? I have double checked caps etc but it will not accept the admin/admin id/password. Any ideas?
Add it to your incontrol2 account and change the password there. It is likely somebody else powered that router before you did and the password was changed. You will need incontrol2 to reset it.

Thank you, I didn’t know about incontrol, but now have it configured and was able to make the changes to the passwords, much appreciated.
