Hi,
I have a client that has a BR1 Pro 5G and a Starlink on a DC powered system with an inverter. When they turn on the power the Starlink and BR1 Pro begins to power up. After 20mins or so the BR1 still doesn’t obtain an IP address from the Starlink. If they power cycle the system the BR1 then gets an IP from the Starlink. Is there a time-out of the WAN port when that ports is set to Starlink and the health check method is set to Ping rather then DNS?
Has anyone had this problem before?
