Any ideas on why this could be happening? It has power. (I submitted a ticket already just a general question to see if anyone has possible solutions)
What power source in the van do you have it wired to? Are you able to confirm that you have power to the unit when the vehicle is in motion?
I bet this is a ‘dirty power’ problem. Pop a 12v voltage regulator between the DC power source and the BR1 Mini to see if that helps.
