I am getting an error while trying to configure the APN on this particular router.
Changing to either a custom or auto APN throws the error.
The FW version is 8.21.
“Unsupported value: cellular simCardScheme”
does the APN have weird characters? Is it very long?

For Verizon its so01.vzwstatic and for FirstNet it is psmtfnwl.fn.
I have just uploaded the FW again and no change.
I just pulled a config from another router and applied it.
Did not change anything.
@GTH, can you help to open a ticket for us to take a look? Please help to turn on Remote Assistance as well.
