BR1 - are SIMs hot swappable?

Hello, I’m troubleshooting different SIMs / carriers with my BR1. Can you confirm that the SIM slots are hot swappable, or do I need to power down the BR1 to change / insert / remove SIMs? I couldn’t find this information in the manual.

Thanks, Michael. Can you tell me if the BR1 will remember customized setting for each SIM you’re swapping if the SIM has been used previously? (APN, username, password, Bandwidth Monitor, Monthly allowance, etc. ? Or do you need to reconfigure this each time you swap a SIM?
