I have a Max Transit Duo Cat12 that is just2yrs old. It had been working fine with T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon plans. Then T-Mobile was stuck in IbtainingIP mode. Working with provider they told us it was because it would not pickup band 71. ok. Cancel that and give us a better Verizon plan. (This all took a week). New card activated. Worked for about 8 hrs and then went into OIP again. Now, the reseller has told us our IMEI has been blacklisted - reported lost/stolen! Has anyone experienced this before? We moved cards around and rebooted multiple times in an effort to resolve the problem. Would that have contributed?
That’s a new one. I’ve moved my ATT & Verizon cards once w/o such an issue. I want to move them back to their original positions but am hesitant after reading your post (hope you got it resolved)
can you please clarify if you are the first/original owner? where did you buy from?
