Bandwith Monitor

Good day

im using a peplink Balnce 380 and the Bandwith Monitoring just stopped. Now i cant see my daily, hourly ect bantwith usage. i have tried a few things but could get it to work again.

Please can someone assist me.

Please upgrade the Balance 380 to the latest firmware version. If the problem persists, please check whether you see time sync failed at Status > Event Log. If so, you may need to check on the DNS server you configured on WAN interfaces and the NTP server.
