The Bandwidth log don´t work anymore. What can I do without uppgrade firmware or reset the device?
It is a 580 HW 1 Firmware 5.4.10 build 3072
Please confirm whether there is time sync failure at Status > Event Log. If there is no time sync failure, please upgrade to the latest firmware version.
The timesynck says ok. But we don´t want to upgrade the firmware.
So the only thing is to factoryreset?
You may give a try. Fyi, we encountered this problem before and this has been fixed. This is the reason I advise to upgrade to the latest firmware version.
